Frequently asked
What's the difference between a Management Survey and a Refurbishment & Demolition Survey?+
A Management Survey is non-intrusive and supports ongoing occupation — identifies ACM accessible without breaking finishes. A Refurbishment & Demolition survey is intrusive and identifies all ACM, including in wall cavities, floor voids, and services. R&D is required before any refurbishment or demolition.
Do I need to be a Reg 64 assessor to use this template?+
The template is designed for licensed assessors and competent surveyors. If you are not licensed, commission a survey via our Asbestos Management Survey service.
