Is a JSA the same as a Task Analysis?
Yes — two names for the same instrument, and New Zealand uses both. Site Safe material tends to say Task Analysis, many contractors say JSA, and some businesses say JSEA. If a main contractor asks for one and you supply the other in a sound format, it will be accepted.
Do I need a JSA or an SSSP?
Usually both, at different levels. The SSSP is the project-level plan a main contractor accepts before you start on site. JSAs sit underneath it — one per higher-risk task. On a typical job you have one SSSP and several JSAs, and the SSSP indexes them.
Is a JSA legally required in New Zealand?
Not by name. What is required is that you identify hazards under GRWM Regulation 5, apply controls in the hierarchy order under Regulation 6, and keep them effective under Regulation 7. A JSA is how those duties are discharged at task level, and main contractors and prequalification schemes ask for it routinely.
Why do you not sell a New Zealand SWMS?
Because there is no such thing. A SWMS is an Australian instrument created by Australian WHS regulation, with a statutory trigger and prescribed content that have no New Zealand equivalent. Selling a document under that name would mean citing a compliance requirement that does not apply here.

Generic, working at heights, electrical, excavation and trenching, confined space, scaffolding, demolition and strip-out, painting and decorating, carpentry and framing, concreting, welding and hot work, plumbing and drainlaying, and roofing. If your task is not covered, the generic JSA template gives you the structure and worked examples.
Is there a discount for buying several?
No. Each JSA is sold on its own at a single price. We do not run bundles or multi-document discounts.
